- Click Show.
The estimate reports do not use the Date range.
Read the reports
- The base bid is every line that is not on an alternate. The labor, the material list and the breakdown totals show the base bid. The bid recap shows each alternate as the change it makes to the selling price.
- A breakdown node includes the nodes under it, such as Building A with Building A / Level 1. Lines on no node show as No breakdown.
- In the labor report, an assembly counts the hours of each of its items in the item's labor category.
- In the material list, the items of lines that a material quote covers show in In quotes and have no cost, because the quote prices them. Items that are not in the catalog show in Not in the catalog.
- In the quote summary, Carried from shows the vendor of the selected quote, or Placeholder when no quote is selected.
Bid results
- Go to Reports, then click Bid results.
- Select the Date range, such as Last 90 Days.
- Click Show.
The report counts every bid due in the period on the projects you may see. The Hit rate is the bids won out of the bids won and lost.
